(1) The Ministry may monitor the accounts and operations of the association.
(2) During the monitoring according to sub-rule (1), if it is found necessary to improve the work of the association, the ministry may issue necessary instructions.
(3) It shall be the duty of the association to comply with the instructions given as per sub-rule (2).
